A 3-Session hypnotherapy package custom-designed to bring you closer to your goals. Through the use of hypnosis, I will tap into your subconscious mind and provide positive suggestions that facilitate the changes you seek in your behavior and habits. **While the effects of hypnosis can often be observed right away, it is advisable to undergo 3-6 consecutive sessions to fully experience the impact of this powerful tool.** Before Your Session  Please make sure to check your initial follow up email to fill out, review, and sign the required forms and informative documents. How to Prepare Allow 45-60 minutes of interrupted time, for a zoom call Make sure you are sitting in a comfortable chair Review and Follow Ideal Zoom Setup PDF Important Note If you have to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, I ask that you give me 48 hours notice.
