What is Reiki?
Reiki (Ray-Key) is formed by two Japanese words "Rei" and "Ki", or originally known as Reiki Kanji.

Reiki is a powerful energy work that aims to heal all levels of being. It is a pathway to spiritual exploration and allows a deeper connection to self-growth, knowledge, and healing.
​
Rei - translates as "Universal Intelligence, Omnipresent (Present everywhere at the same time), spiritual wisdom, and divine source.
Ki - translates as “life force energy”, the same as “Ch'i” in Chinese, “Prana” in Sanskrit, and “Ti” or “Ki” in Hawaiian. To be in optimal health our Ki energy must be flowing optimally.
When our Ki energy is low due to stress, feeling overwhelmed, frustration, overall unhappiness, or tiredness, we will be more susceptible to dis-ease and illness. Ki flows within the physical body through pathways called chakras, meridians, and nadis. It flows around us in a field called the aura.

How can I help?
I have been attuned to the Reiki energy by a Master Teacher, and can act as a channel as your practitioner. I have been trained to communicate with the universal life force energy through light hands-on touch. The Reiki energy flows through me to you, removing and clearing any blocks to allow alignment of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
I do not claim to be a healer or miracle worker and can not cure any dis-ease.
As the Reiki flows through me to you, I will naturally be guided to work on specific areas to clear and unblock the Byoki (unhealthy Ki) present in the system. This energy is limitless, replenishing for both me, (the practitioner), and you, (the recipient.) It is the most profound vibration of life.

A Life coach helps get your life in shape by gradually reaching your desired outcome. Every coach is different and has a specific niche or specialty. I personally prefer to focus on self-mastery by preparing my clients in reaching their fullest potential.
What is Self-Mastery?
Self Mastery is the ability to recognize, understand, control, and make the most out of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. It is gained through awareness, understanding, and control over your thoughts, emotions and actions.
The First Step in Mastering Self is knowing something needs to change. Being aware and honest about your journey is one of the hardest parts of your growth cycle. As you bring in more awareness you can then become more emotionally intelligent. Observing what role you play in other’s lives and your own helps allow you to create healthy boundaries so that you can start feeling in control of the energy you are putting out and receiving.
The Third Step in Self Mastery is understanding your “what’s” and “why’s.”
What has gotten you to this current state, and why do you navigate the way you do. Accepting and embodying your inner, truest self will help you forgive and let go of people, places, or things that no longer serve you. After shedding and letting go of the weight you’ve been carrying. New energy will surround you, allowing you to tap into your highest power, deepen your intuition, and manifest the life of your dreams.

Aside from my professional experience, I have many life experiences that have shaped and helped align me to my true purpose. I have been able to be aware and practice shifting my negative, depressive mindset to create more opportunities and abundance in my life. I am constantly looking to learn and improve. I am currently offering 6-12 weeks. After your 6-12 Weeks you then are able to decide if you want to continue with month-to-month sessions. "Emergency" or "Add-on" sessions are also available.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypno - Greek Word for Sleep.
Therapy - Treatment intended to relieve or heal a physical or this case psychological dis-order.
Combining the two together creates practice for treatment in relieving discomfort, or dis-orders by putting the conscious mind to “sleep”.
Sleep and Hypnosis: Sleep is a state during which you are unconscious of what is going on. Hypnosis is a state during which you are consciously aware of what is happening around you.

Another important difference is that during the sleep state we do not learn. Probably the most influential source of message units is the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is considered to be the source or root of many of our behaviors, emotions, attitudes, and motivations. Hypnosis is believed to be a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind and creating dramatic improvements in our lives by reaching a higher state of behavioral and habitual change.
How does Hypnotherapy work?
Once a person has been hypnotized, they are more susceptible to receiving healthier suggestions previously discussed and discovered in the therapy part of the session. To gain more confidence in taking control of a physical problem or to change unhealthy behavior. Still, being in a trance doesn't mean you'll do things you don't want to do. You still have the option of rejecting anything that doesn't feel right.

How can I help?
As your hypnotherapist I vow to do no harm, I will assess your needs and provide solutions to each obstacle, per session.
During your private hypnotherapy session, we will first discuss what your desired outcome would be, as well as release any current issues or challenges. Next with your permission I would put you into hypnosis and repeat back the positive suggestions you’ve created into your subconscious mind. You will remain completely aware of everything that is going on. Your thoughts will be clearer and your ability to imagine and visualize is greatly enhanced. It is common for these hypnotic experiences to create sensations of deep relaxation, fluid warmth, or a pleasant tingling sensation throughout your physical body. Many describe the hypnotic state as a complete and total escape from all physical tension and emotional stress while remaining completely alert.
We would meet via zoom for a 1-hour session.
Medical Referral may be required depending on current challenges.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork Is an ancient breathing technique originated and practiced in India for many centuries. The type of breathwork facilitated is a two stage pranayama yogic breath, similar to kundalini breath; quick and powerful. In this practice you will be guided to breathe through the mouth to encourage focus and awareness in the body.
It is a conscious and systematic way of breath. Breathwork is a form of active meditation to help open, release, and clear any stagnant energy you may be feeling in the body.
Breathing allows you to go into the depths of the feelings from the subconscious mind to bring awareness to the Mind-Body Connection by clearing the energy out of your subconscious, body, and energetic centers (chakras).
How does Breathwork help?
The body stores our fears and unresolved emotions causing pain or dis-ease.
Our fears block energy more than any other emotion, and is typically stored in our lower regions or energy centers. (The Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus)
The energy from the breathing process raises the vibration by stimulating the hypothalamus gland (Crown). The hypothalamus releases endorphins, that vibrates through the nervous system. The vibration hits blocks or clogs caused by fear or resistance that may be stopping the energetic flow. The breath forces and encourages that energy to flow.
When energy moves it becomes electric and allows us to charge our batteries.
The breath starts moving energy by oxygenating the blood and allowing emotions to move and flow freely. Breathwork can be beneficial by;

How can I help?
As your breathwork facilitator I will act as a container, by holding and creating a safe space for you to breathe through your challenges and open your heart. Discover new ways to alchemize your energy, through the power of your own breath.
You will be guided through a 75 minute session. (1 hour and 15 min) Either 1:1 support (Just Me and You) or 2:1 support (Just Me, You, and a Partner).
The first 10-30 Minutes of our time together will be focused on getting clear on what needs healing, and setting intention of the session. I will demonstrate the breath and explain what you can or might experience during, or after your active breath. You will then be guided to lay down and start your active breath for 25-30 minutes. The remaining 15 minutes will be focused on re-grounding and resting.
Although I am open to creating a safe space for you to express your challenges, I am not claiming to be or act as your therapist. The Breathwork is the therapy, it does the work, and acts as your medicine.
